Does Confidas design the artwork, or do we provide it ourselves?
We will send you the product specifications, as well as the die-cut template for the packaging you have chosen. You can use those to design the artwork yourself. Our quality control department will then verify that it has been created in full compliance with the product specifications.
Who is listed as the responsible manufacturer on the packaging?
Your company will be listed on the packaging as the responsible manufacturer. Confidas guarantees the quality of its products, but cannot be held responsible for the compliance of the information with local legislation, as regulations vary from country to country.
What certifications do you have?
We are BRC-certified and proud of our AA+ rating. We are a member of SEDEX and participate in SMETA, which stands for Sedex Member Ethical Trade Audits.
