As a self-employed chocolatier, can I place an order with you?
For smaller orders (less than 50 kg per order), we work with wholesalers. Please provide us with your company information, and we’ll be happy to refer you to the appropriate wholesaler.
How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to your request within 48 hours.
How much does a sample cost?
Samples of our standard products are free. Is your company located outside of Europe? In that case, you’ll only pay the shipping costs. If you would like to test a larger quantity of products, for example 5 boxes of 2 kg, the wholesale price is charged in addition to the shipping costs. For custom orders that require an industrial production batch, we’ll charge the cost of our ingredients.
Do you also operate on an international scale?
We generate 75% of our revenue from exports. Europe is our primary market, but we also operate in the United Kingdom, China, the Middle East, Australia and the United States.
Under which non-disclosure agreement (NDA) do you operate?
Confidentiality is a given at Confidas: we treat all product information, formulations and commercial data with the utmost discretion. If desired, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before the start of a project.
