Fruit jellies

Since 1982, we have set the standard in fine confectionery. With their high fruit content, intense flavour and smooth texture, our fruit jellies have been a favourite for generations.

tailored to your needs and tastes

Our creations are diverse and can be personalised as needed. Our customisation, however, goes beyond shape. With a unique flavour combination, an adjusted fruit content or the addition of a specific ingredient, we co-create a recipe with you that meets your expectations. And exceeds those of your consumers, of course.

Frequently asked questions

What flavours do you offer?

Our standard assortment includes strawberry, pear, lemon, mandarin, (black) cherry, pineapple, (red) plum, black currant, mango, apple, raspberry, pomegranate, grapefruit, banana and blueberry. We also blend them into specific flavour combinations, such as 'tropical fruit' or 'red fruit'. Do you have another flavour in mind? We’d be happy to explore the possibilities with you.

What is the average shelf life of your products?

The shelf life depends on the fruit content and the packaging. Bulk products containing 50% fruit have a shelf life of up to 18 months, while products containing 60% or 70% fruit have a shelf life of up to 12 months. Consumer packages typically have a shelf life of 9 months. Over time, it is normal for the fruit jellies to lose some of their colour and flavour intensity.

Can you make fruit jellies without added sugar?

No, because sugar is an essential ingredient in fruit jellies. Together with pectin and citric acid, it gives the product its characteristic soft texture.
